The school is located in East Norwich, New York approximately 2 miles from the residence in its own school building and is attended by both the residential and day students. The residential students are transported to and from the school via vans and the day students receive transportation to Harmony through their school district.

The facility recently underwent a major renovation and expansion in which additional classrooms were added. There is also a new science lab, an art room, a library, a renovated gym, an updated computer room, clinical facilities and a light-filled atrium dining room. The additional and renovated space has allowed for growth in academic programs and expanded activities in computers, home economics and art.
